What to Expect  & FAQs

How is social distancing being implemented?

  • COVID-19 protocols issued by the Pasadena Public Health Department will be practiced and include:

    • Mask requirements for all workers and attendees

    • 6 ft minimum physical distancing 

    • Guest capacity will be controlled at the entrance and monitored throughout

    • Hand sanitizing units stationed throughout the property

 

Please do not enter the campus or attend events if you: 

  • Have been in contact with someone with COVID

  • Are experiencing COVID symptoms

  • Experienced the following symptoms within the past 10 days:

  • Fever

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Chills

Not due to a chronic condition:

  • Sore throat

  • Headache

  • Recent loss of sense of taste or smell

  • Muscle aches

  • Cough

Arroyo Repertory Theatre strongly encourages persons who have active or unstable pre-existing health conditions to remain at home at this time.

Do I have to buy tickets?

  • Admission to the event will be in the form of Pay What You Can entry, with a suggested donation of $5 per person at the event entrance.  A donation bucket will be available, however, we are not allowed to make change or handle the cash during the event. Credit cards will also be accepted at the door.

 

How can I support?

  • There is a suggested donation of $5, but you are always welcome to donate more should you be so inclined to help us meet the costs of this event!

 

​​Will there be restrooms?

  • There will not be public restrooms available during the event. The closest public restroom is located in the McDonald’s a few blocks away. Please plan accordingly!

 

Where do I park and enter?

  • St. James United Methodist Church/Porticos Art Space is located at 2033 E. Washington Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91104, with our parking lot on the west side of the campus.  There is also plenty of free street parking.

  • The entrance will be easily visible from the sidewalk along Washington Blvd.  Please see our event map below.
